Police Clearance Acceptable Forms of Identification - This document describes the acceptable forms of ID (Personal Identification) you require when applying for your police clearance.

OPP Police Clearance Form - All coaches, managers and trainers must obtain their police clearance prior to acting in their respective capacity within the BRMBA organization.

Vulnerable Sector Check Letter - All coaches, managers and trainers must sign and return this form prior to acting in their respective capacity withing the BRMBA organization.
